Starting from 2022, pursuant to Decree Law 80/2021, the Integrated Plan (formerly the Performance Plan) is merged into the Integrated Activity and Organization Plan – PIAO, introduced by art. 6 of Decree Law no. 80 of June 28, 2021, converted with amendments by Law no. 113 of August 6, 2021. This is a single programming document with a three-year cycle (but to be updated annually by January 31) that brings together planning documents for administrative activities regarding Performance, Transparency, Prevention of Corruption, Remote Work Organization, Personnel Requirements, and related training strategies. Only financial documents are excluded from the unification. The PIAO is divided into 4 sections: 1. Administrative Details 2. Public Value, Performance and Anti-Corruption 3.
