The University for Foreigners of Perugia, in accordance with constitutional principles, contributes—within the scope of its means and remit—to promoting and safeguarding the academic freedom of its faculty, providing the necessary resources and implementing appropriate incentives.
Each year, the University for Foreigners of Perugia allocates, from its own budgetary resources, funds to support the scientific publications of its professors, researchers, and PhD holders, with the aim of fostering research activities within its scientific community and enhancing both the visibility and dissemination of their research results.
From 2020, the procedure for awarding University grants for the production of scientific publications is governed by the Regulation issued by Rectoral Decree no. 185 of 2 July 2020.
