Overview
The helpdesk offers guidance, support, and referral services for women who are victims of violence, as well as for LGBTQIA+ individuals who are victims of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
What We Offer
The helpdesk is completely free of charge and provides individual consultations in a safe space, managed by professionals experienced in gender-based violence and homo-lesbo-bi-transphobia; initial guidance and basic information on legal aspects; and direct connections to the local network of Anti-Violence Centers (CAV) and Anti-Discrimination Centers (CAD), along with local associations.
Who Can Access the Service
The service is available to the entire community of the University for Foreigners of Perugia: students, technical and administrative staff, academic and research staff, PhD candidates, and all contractual personnel.
About Us
The helpdesk is managed by the associations Libera…Mente Donna and Omphalos LGBTQIA+, which have been providing anti-violence and anti-discrimination services in the region for decades.
