In the University’s information system dedicated to the management of missions, artificial intelligence is used as a tool to support the completion of procedures.
While entering information regarding the destination, the system can identify possible typographical errors and check for consistency between the specified location and the destination country, helping to prevent clerical mistakes during the process.
The guidance provided serves solely as user assistance. The artificial intelligence system does not authorise missions, assess their admissibility or make administrative decisions.
All checks and decisions regarding the procedure remain the responsibility of users and the relevant University structures.
The artificial intelligence service operates with a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) configuration, which is designed to prevent the provider from storing transmitted content via API beyond what is necessary for the requested processing.
