The governing bodies periodically define and update the University’s strategic directions and policies regarding the quality of teaching, research and Public Engagement. These are formalised in the strategic documents “Quality Policies” and “University Strategic Plan”.
The Departments periodically define and update their own strategic directions and departmental policies for teaching, research and Public Engagement, in line with the strategies and policies established by the University, through a dedicated planning document, the “Three-Year Departmental Plan”.
