Registration lists open 20 days before each exam date and close 4 days prior to the exam.
If you are unable to attend an exam for which you have registered, you must cancel your registration before booking a new slot.

Extraordinary Exam Sessions
Any extraordinary exams for degree programmes that are no longer active can be viewed in the restricted area of Esse3WEB, according to the specific request made by the student.
"Extraordinary exam sessions" refer to any assessments that fall outside of, and are in addition to, the 6 standard sessions (3 for Laboratory courses) that a lecturer is required to schedule in a given academic year (see University Academic Regulations).
Students who need to take an exam for a course that is no longer offered (extraordinary session) can request it from the lecturer with whom they followed the classes or whose syllabus they studied, indicating the relevant academic year (this information can be found in the electronic record book or in the individual study plan on Esse3web). Students who need to take an exam for a course that is no longer active will sit the exam with a lecturer of a similar course with an equivalent scientific disciplinary sector (SSD).
The lecturer will set a date based on their availability and communicate it to the Teaching and Student Services Office of the Degree Programmes, which will then open the corresponding exam registration list in Esse3.
Extraordinary exam sessions must also be scheduled within the designated period.
