For the academic year 2026-2027, the Università per Stranieri di Perugia will maintain the No Tax Area for students, with zero tuition fees for ISEEU incomes up to €22,000 and reduced fees up to €30,000.
Students whose household is experiencing financial hardship may submit a "current" Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE corrente), which will replace the previously acquired ISEE by the University.
The current ISEE is valid for six months from the date of submission and replaces the previous one.
Even when submitting a current ISEE, students are still required to request the ISEEU.
The current ISEE may be submitted for the calculation of the second instalment of tuition fees.

Except for specific cases (see the second part of the Academic Regulations), payment of university tuition fees must be made in five installments:
- First installment - due: 31 October 2026
- Second installment - due: 30 November 2026
- Third installment - due: 30 January 2027
- Fourth installment - due: 30 April 2027
- Fifth installment - due: 31 May 2027
Failure to meet these deadlines will result in a late payment fee for each missed deadline as follows:
- €30.00 if payment is made within 30 days after the due date
- €80.00 if payment is made starting from the 31st day after the due date
Tuition fees and contributions must be paid through PagoPA.
