Students who can provide evidence of employment are eligible for several opportunities:
- assessment of previously interrupted university studies, with the recognition of exams already passed (in accordance with the general guidelines for the recognition of ECTS credits)
- recognition of prior professional training or work experience (appropriately documented and carried out at public or private organizations), provided it is consistent with the content and learning objectives of the enrolled bachelor’s or master’s degree program*
- the possibility to take exams at the beginning of the examination session to reduce waiting times (subject to agreement with the relevant instructor)
Other measures may be considered and evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific characteristics of the degree program.
In addition to the documentation required for enrollment, students enrolled under special agreements must also attach a certificate of employment or other documentation proving their status as working students.
*Recognition of this experience results in the awarding of the ECTS credits related to the internship/placement, which is therefore considered as completed.
Agreements with Institutions and Associations
Organizations, associations, and other parties interested in entering into an agreement for the enrollment of their employees and/or family members in bachelor's and master's degree programs may contact the Orientation service.
The signing of such agreements allows participants to:
- receive a discount on tuition fees (see Academic Regulations)
- access dedicated academic and administrative tutors for personalized guidance, both upon entry and throughout the program, including support for ECTS recognition
- utilize a distance learning platform with dedicated content
