The workshop takes place as part of the MoEBIUS project, which aims to support the physical and psychological well-being of the academic community through psychological support initiatives, artistic and cultural activities, and the promotion of healthy eating and physical activity.

“Sleeping Well for Better Living” is a workshop dedicated to promoting psychological well-being and sleep health among university students.
The programme, structured in three theory-practice sessions, will explore sleep functioning, sleep hygiene, sleep disorders, and the relationship between sleep, memory, and learning.
Through practical exercises, participants will experiment with useful tools such as relaxation techniques and strategies for managing evening worries.
This is an opportunity to increase awareness of your own habits and improve the quality of your sleep and daily life. Because a good quality of life starts with a good night’s rest.
The workshop aims to raise awareness about personal habits and to improve the quality of both sleep and daily life.
Led by Dr. Ludovica Annarumma, psychologist and researcher with the MoEBIUS project.
