Extraordinary Exam Sessions
Any extraordinary examinations for degree programmes no longer active can be viewed in the reserved area of Esse3WEB, as requested by each individual student.
"Extraordinary examination sessions" are classified as all examinations in addition to the six, or three for Laboratories, that a lecturer is required to schedule in a given academic year (see the University Academic Regulations).
Students who need to take an examination for a course that is no longer offered (extraordinary) may request to sit the exam with the lecturer who taught the lessons or whose syllabus they followed, specifying the relevant academic year (this information can be found in the electronic record book or by consulting their study plan in Esse3web). Students required to take an exam for a course that is no longer active will sit the exam with a lecturer responsible for a related subject area according to SSD.
The lecturer will set a date based on their availability and inform the Teaching and Student Administration Office of the Degree Programmes, which will then open the relevant registration list in Esse3.
Extraordinary examination sessions must also be scheduled during the designated period.
