Registration lists open 20 days before the exam sessions and close 4 days prior.
If you are unable to attend an exam for which you have already registered, you must cancel your registration in order to book a new session.

Extraordinary exam sessions
Any extraordinary exams for discontinued degree programmes can be viewed in the Esse3WEB restricted area, in accordance with the requests made by individual students.
"Extraordinary exam sessions" refer to all assessments that fall outside of, and are in addition to, the 6 regular sessions (3 for Laboratory courses) that a lecturer is required to schedule in a given academic year (see University Academic Regulations).
Students who need to take an exam for a course that is no longer offered (extraordinary exam) may request it from the lecturer whose classes or syllabus they followed, specifying the relevant academic year (this information can be found in the electronic transcript or by consulting their study plan in Esse3web). Students who need to take an exam for a discontinued course will take it with the lecturer of a related course in the same subject area (SSD).
The lecturer sets a date based on availability and informs the Education and Student Services Office for Degree Programmes, which will open the relevant exam registration list in Esse3.
Extraordinary exam sessions must also be scheduled during the designated period.
