Degree Programme Office

The Student Registry Office manages administrative processes related to the academic careers of students enrolled in bachelor's, master's degree courses, and master's programmes, from enrolment through to graduation.

Students may contact the office for assistance with:

  • enrolment (bachelor’s and master's programmes) and registration for subsequent years
  • tuition fees and university contributions (exemptions for income/merit, refunds of tuition fees and university contributions)
  • transfers from/to other universities and course changes
  • loss of student status, withdrawal, suspension of studies, and academic record reactivation
  • degree thesis: thesis sessions, application, and issuance of the final diploma
  • issuance of forms, documents, and certificates regarding academic records
  • admission of international students to degree courses and recognition of foreign qualifications
  • diploma supplement

The office is open to the public

Monday also 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (except during August)
