Pursuant to Law No. 190 of 6 November 2012 “Provisions for the prevention and suppression of corruption and illegality in public administration”, the Università per Stranieri di Perugia has always drafted and published the Three-Year Corruption Prevention Plan (PTPCT). Since 2022, in accordance with Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 80 of 28 June 2021, the contents of the PTPCT have been incorporated into a dedicated subsection of the University’s Integrated Activity and Organization Plan (PIAO).
