Pursuant to the Law of 6 November 2012, No. 190, entitled "Provisions for the prevention and suppression of corruption and illegality in the public administration", the University for Foreigners of Perugia has always prepared and published its Three-Year Corruption Prevention Plan (PTPCT). Since 2022, in accordance with Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 80 of 28 June 2021, the PTPCT has been incorporated into a dedicated subsection of the University’s Integrated Plan of Activities and Organisation (PIAO).
