Nota biografica
Luna Aristei is a Type A Researcher at the University for Foreigners of Perugia. After graduating in Law in 2015 at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, she obtained a Level II Master's degree in Environmental Law at Roma Tre University in 2017. In 2022, she was awarded a PhD in Law and Business at the Luiss Guido Carli University, presenting a thesis on "Market instruments and the regulation of climate change. Evolutionary profiles." She has been a research fellow at the same university from April 2023 to June 2025, and has conducted research periods at Thomas Jefferson University in 2022 and Maastricht University in 2020-2021. Author of works on environmental, health, and administrative law, she published her monograph entitled "Public regulation to counter climate change. State, market, finance" in 2025. She has also been a speaker at several national and international conferences in the field of administrative law.
