Biographical Note
Luna Aristei is a Type A Researcher at the University for Foreigners of Perugia. After graduating in Law in 2015 from the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome, she obtained a Level II Master’s degree in Environmental Law from Roma Tre University in 2017. In 2022, she obtained her PhD in Law and Business at Luiss Guido Carli University, discussing a thesis on "Market instruments and the regulation of climate change. Evolutionary profiles." She has been a research fellow from April 2023 to June 2025 at the same university, and has conducted research stays at Thomas Jefferson University in 2022 and Maastricht University in 2020-2021. The author of publications on environmental, health, and administrative law, she published her monograph titled "Public regulation for countering climate change. State, market, finance" in 2025. She has also been a speaker at several national and international conferences in the field of administrative law.
