For each undergraduate and graduate degree program, the department council establishes the corresponding program committee, upon proposal by the Director. Each committee elects a Chair from among its members, who serves a three-year term and may be re-elected consecutively only once.
In the management of Quality Assurance activities, the Chair is supported by a Quality Assurance (QA) management group, composed of at least two faculty members of the program, and, for certain activities, is accompanied by student representatives. The organization and responsibilities of QA at the program level are described in the Quality Assurance Guidelines of the University Quality Assurance Board.
