The institutional visit to Mongolia by a University delegation led by the Rector, Prof. Valerio De Cesaris, has commenced. The delegation includes Prof. Giovanna Scocozza, Delegate for International Relations and Director of the University Certification Centre; Prof. Stefania Scaglione, Delegate for Academic Affairs; Dr. Valentina Seri, Head of the International Relations Service; and Dr. Sonia Giugliarelli, Head of the Press Office. The mission, which will conclude on September 8, 2026, includes meetings at: the National University of Mongolia; the Mongolian University of Science and Technology; the newly opened Italian School in Ulaanbaatar; the Mongolia Italy Association, a partner of the University and a reference point in Perugia for organizing events promoting Mongolian culture; and the Mongolia Italy Cultural Centre, a CELI certification venue.
During the mission, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the National University of Mongolia is planned, as well as the awarding of CELI certificates to the candidates from the 2025 and 2026 exam sessions at the Mongolia Italy Cultural Centre.
