In order to ensure representation from the student community, the University will provide participants with a pass valid for three consecutive days for entry to the 61st International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale. The University will also cover the costs of guided tours at the Arsenale and Giardini exhibition venues, as well as round-trip transportation between Perugia and Venice.
Students may submit their application for participation using the form available on this page, until 23 October 2026. This benefit is reserved for students enrolled in Italian language and culture courses (levels B2, C1, C2), bachelor's and master's degree programmes, PhDs, and master's programmes, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum seating capacity of the bus is reached.
Selected students will be notified via email of their award and must confirm their participation in the initiative by Monday, 26 October 2026. Beneficiaries are responsible for independently arranging overnight accommodation for Friday, 20 and Saturday, 21 November 2026, as well as covering meal, accommodation, local transportation, and any other expenses that may be incurred. Failure to confirm will result in loss of the benefit and the next candidate on the list will be contacted. Any withdrawal after confirmation will incur a penalty fee of €70.00, as partial reimbursement of costs advanced by the University. The benefit may be assigned to the next eligible candidate only if time permits.
If the number of students does not reach 50, the delegation may be supplemented by members of the University's community, specifically faculty, language instructors (CEL), and administrative staff, who may also apply using a dedicated application form available on the University's website. This benefit will also be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum seating capacity of the bus is reached.
