Article 20, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 requires the publication of data relating to the total amount of performance-related bonuses allocated and the amount of bonuses actually distributed.
The data can be found in the Performance Measurement and Evaluation System, which aims to provide the methodological and instrumental foundations for measuring and evaluating the objectives contained in the performance plan, and in the University’s supplementary bargaining agreements.
