Article 4-bis of Legislative Decree 33/2013, introduced by Article 5 of Legislative Decree 97/2016, requires the publication of data on payments made by public administrations, specifying the type of expenditure incurred, the relevant time period, and the beneficiaries.
On the Soldi pubblici website, it is possible to access payment data for all public administrations, searchable by expenditure type and by the administration that made the payment.
