Necklaces
The series represents one of the initiatives linked to the Literary Tourism Research Center (TULE), based at the University for Foreigners of Perugia and established at the end of 2021.
It was created with the intention of gathering and publishing materials produced by the research center, on the occasion of conferences and seminars. However, it also aims to present studies (in Italian, other European languages, or English), focusing on literary places and their promotion in terms of territorial development.
The multifaceted reflection on literary tourism, which intertwines theoretical aspects and practical situations, in-depth scientific analysis (in a recent and innovative field of study and research), and concrete experiences related to cultural tourism and the economy revolving around this sector, can find in the series (open access and therefore available to all interested parties) a point of reference, both in Italy and internationally.

The series “History and Globalization” by “Perugia Stranieri University Press” promotes studies in contemporary history, with particular attention to research inspired by World History.
The aim of the series is to encourage and disseminate studies—especially by young researchers—on global phenomena of the contemporary age, such as international migrations and the challenges of migrant integration, the socio-economic processes linked to globalization, the encounter between cultures, and the role of religions in a globalized world.
Drawing on the distinctive features and history of the University for Foreigners of Perugia, the series also promotes studies on the cultural outreach and international role of Italy.
Publication proposals, in Italian or English, should be sent to gabriele.rigano@uniroma3.it - universitypress@unistrapg.it
All texts considered for publication will undergo blind peer review.
