The University for Foreigners of Perugia, in accordance with constitutional principles, contributes, within the scope of its means and competences, to promoting and safeguarding the academic staff’s freedom to conduct research, providing the necessary tools and establishing appropriate incentives.
The University for Foreigners of Perugia annually allocates, from its own university budget, funds for grants in support of scientific publications by its professors, researchers, and PhD graduates, in order to foster the research activity undertaken by its academic community and to enhance the visibility and dissemination of research outcomes.
Since 2020, the procedure for awarding University grants for the publication of scientific work has been carried out in compliance with the provisions of the relevant Regulation, issued by Rectoral Decree No. 185 of 2 July 2020.
