Durata: 

The THRIVE project is a strategic multinational initiative aimed at promoting gender equality and inclusion within Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Latin America, with particular focus on Costa Rica and Bolivia.

Purpose: 

Its main objective is to support these Institutes in strengthening their governance frameworks, internationalisation, and accessibility through the joint development of a capacity building strategy that incorporates gender-sensitive governance models and promotes equitable learning environments.

Expected results: 

Through these activities, the project will create a lasting impact by fostering a more inclusive academic environment in Latin America and enhancing opportunities for women in both academic and professional contexts, while also promoting long-term collaboration and knowledge exchange at the regional level and with European institutions.
