Cic to Cic 3 Courses are free educational programmes in Italian language and civic education for third-country nationals at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia, delivered as part of a project led by the Regione Umbria, together with a broad and qualified network of partners (C.P.I.A. 1 Perugia, C.P.I.A. Terni, Università per Stranieri di Perugia, C.I.D.I.S. Impresa Sociale E.T.S., C.S.C. Società Cooperativa Sociale, Frontiera Lavoro Società Cooperativa Sociale). The initiative aims to strengthen and continue the Regional Programme of Integrated Interventions, supporting the acquisition of the Italian language, knowledge of Italian history, and understanding how Italian institutions function, with a view to the full social integration of third-country nationals and the building of a cohesive, intercultural community.
Third-country nationals residing in Umbria who meet the specific requirements indicated in the notices published at the start of the A1, A2, B1, and B2 Italian language and civic education courses—which include reception, orientation, and assessment modules as well as tutoring activities—are eligible to take part.
Funding: allocation of €770,574,444.55, plus a national co-funding of €752,768,130.65 provided by the Ministry of Economy and Finance through the revolving fund established by Law 183/1987, for a total of €1,523,342,575.20.
