The help desk offers guidance, support, and referral services for women who are victims of violence and for LGBTQIA+ individuals who experience discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
Services Offered
The service is completely free and provides individual consultations in a safe space, managed by professionals specialized in gender-based violence and in homophobia, lesbophobia, biphobia, and transphobia. It offers initial guidance and basic legal information, as well as direct connections to the local CAV and CAD support networks and local associations.
Who Can Access the Service
The service is available to the entire community of the University for Foreigners of Perugia: students, administrative and technical staff, academic staff and researchers, PhD students, and all contract staff.
About Us
The help desk is managed by the associations Libera…Mente Donna and Omphalos LGBTQIA+, both of which have been providing anti-violence and anti-discrimination services for decades in the region.
