Surveys on service quality

As part of the University for Foreigners of Perugia’s participation in the Good Practice project (hereafter GP) led by the MIP-Politecnico di Milano, the University conducts customer satisfaction surveys aimed at assessing the satisfaction of professors/PhD students/research fellows, technical and administrative staff, and students with regard to the administrative support services.

In 2025, a new survey was administered regarding the perceived quality of services provided by the University as reported by faculty members, students (including scholarship holders and research fellows), and technical-administrative staff.

Once a year, usually at the end of the academic year, a questionnaire was given to the teachers and students of bachelor’s and master’s degree courses to assess their perceived quality of specific services provided by the University.
