Microsoft 365 services for the academic community

Students and university staff can access the Microsoft 365 suite for free, a complete ecosystem of tools for communication, collaboration, and the organization of study and work.

What does the Microsoft 365 package include?

• Outlook
  The institutional email inbox, the official channel for all university communications

  The collaboration hub: online classes, meetings, group chats, and file sharing

  A secure cloud storage space to save and share documents

1. Open your preferred browser, preferably from a computer
2. Go to the website: https://portal.office.com
3. Enter the institutional email address assigned to you at enrollment (e.g., m.rossi@studenti.unistrapg.it)
4. Type your password
5. Follow the instructions to set up two-step verification (see MFA guide)
6. Once verification is complete, your institutional account will be ready to use
