The University for Foreigners of Perugia, as part of the Erasmus+ STA (Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignment) program, hosts the following categories of staff from other universities for teaching purposes:
- teaching staff
- researchers
How to Apply
Anyone interested in carrying out an Erasmus+ STA mobility at the University for Foreigners of Perugia must fill out a short questionnaire.
Erasmus+ STA Mobility Questionnaire
Once completed, the questionnaire must be:
- signed by the candidate
- signed and stamped by the person responsible at their home university
- scanned and sent by email to erasmus@unistrapg.it
The Evaluation Procedure
Once the questionnaire has been received, the Erasmus and International Mobility Office will forward it to the head of the department where the mobility is to take place. They will assess the feasibility and content of the mobility and may:
- reject the mobility request with justification
- accept the mobility, requesting justified partial modifications (for example, regarding the period or the content of the proposed teaching)
- fully accept the mobility proposal. In this case:
- the applicant will be contacted to confirm the approval of the request and will be provided with the contact details of the appointed mobility coordinator
- the applicant must then get in touch with the coordinator for the mobility details and draft their STA Mobility Agreement proposal
The Mobility Agreement
The Mobility Agreement, the contents of which must be agreed upon with the mobility coordinator appointed and communicated by the University for Foreigners of Perugia, must:
- be filled out and signed by the candidate
- be signed by the Erasmus coordinator at the candidate’s home institution
- be sent by email to erasmus@unistrapg.it for the evaluation and approval of the Erasmus coordinator at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
PLEASE NOTE: the establishment of a valid mobility agreement before the start of the mobility is a necessary condition for the implementation of the mobility itself.
