Electoral procedures

Academic Senate

 

With Rectoral Decree No. 138 of April 8, 2026, online elections are called for May 12, 2026, for the appointment to the reconstituted Academic Senate of:

  • one Director of the University’s Autonomous Centers
  • two representatives elected from among the full professors, with limited voting to ensure diverse representation by disciplinary areas
  • two representatives elected from among the associate professors, with limited voting to ensure diverse representation by disciplinary areas
  • two representatives elected from among tenured and fixed-term researchers, with limited voting to ensure diverse representation by disciplinary areas
  • two representatives elected from among the technical and administrative staff
  • two representatives elected from among Collaborators and Language Experts

 

 

Student Representation

With Rectoral Decree No. 129 of April 2, 2026, elections are called for May 13 and 14, 2026 for the appointment, for the 2026-2028 biennium, of:

Students enrolled in Degree Programs:

  • one representative of students enrolled in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs on the Evaluation Board
  • one representative of students enrolled in degree programs on the LiLAIM Department Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in degree programs on the SUSI Department Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in master’s degree programs on the SUSI Department Council
  • two representatives of students enrolled in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs on the Joint Teaching-Student Committee of the SUSI Department
  • one representative of students enrolled in the LiCIMoD degree program on the respective Program Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in the MICO degree program on the respective Program Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in the SOCI degree program on the respective Program Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in the ITAS master’s degree program on the respective Program Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in the RICS master’s degree program on the respective Program Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in the ComPSI master’s degree program on the respective Program Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs on the Student Guarantee Committee of the Umbria Region at ADISU

The publication of the lists of those entitled to active and passive electorate in the Esse3Web reserved area will take place as indicated below:

  • by April 20, 2026, the lists of those entitled to passive electorate will be published;
  • by May 5, 2026, the lists of those entitled to active electorate will be published.

Students enrolled in University PhD Programs:

  • one representative of students enrolled in doctoral research programs on the University Academic Senate
  • one representative of students enrolled in doctoral research programs on the LiLAIM Department Council
  • one representative of students enrolled in doctoral research programs on the SUSI Department Council.

Student Representation

With Rectoral Decree No. 347 of February 17, 2026, of the University of Perugia, the voting for the election of a student representative to the Umbria Regional University Committee (CRU) is called for Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 2:30 pm.

The publication of the lists of those entitled to active and passive electorate in the Esse3Web reserved area will take place as indicated below:

  • by April 20, 2026, the lists of those entitled to passive electorate will be published;
  • by May 5, 2026, the lists of those entitled to active electorate will be published.
