The University for Foreigners of Perugia, within the STT (Staff Mobility for Training) action of Erasmus+, welcomes for training purposes the following categories of personnel from other universities:
- teaching staff
- researchers
- administrative staff
How to apply
Anyone interested in carrying out an Erasmus+ STT mobility at the University for Foreigners of Perugia must fill in a short questionnaire.
Once completed, the questionnaire must be:
- signed by the applicant
- signed and stamped by the head of their home university
- scanned and sent by email to erasmus@unistrapg.it
The evaluation procedure
Once the questionnaire has been received, the Erasmus and International Mobility Office will forward it to the head of the department where the mobility is supposed to take place. The head will assess the feasibility and content of the mobility and may:
- justifiably reject the mobility request
- accept the mobility while requesting reasonable partial modifications (for example regarding the period)
- fully accept the mobility proposal. In this case:
- the applicant will be contacted to be informed of the approval of the request and provided with the contact details of the assigned mobility coordinator
- the applicant must then get in touch with the coordinator to define the mobility details and draft their Mobility Agreement
The Mobility Agreement
The contents of the Mobility Agreement, which must be agreed upon with the mobility coordinator previously designated and communicated by the University for Foreigners of Perugia, must:
- be completed and signed by the applicant
- be signed by the Erasmus coordinator at the home institution
- be sent by email to erasmus@unistrapg.it for evaluation and approval by the Erasmus coordinator at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
PLEASE NOTE: Finalizing a Mobility Agreement prior to the start of the mobility is a necessary condition for the mobility itself to take place.
