For the academic year 2026-2027, the University for Foreigners of Perugia will maintain the No Tax Area for students, with zero tuition fees for those with an ISEEU of up to €22,000 and reductions for those with an ISEEU of up to €30,000.
Students whose household is experiencing financial hardship may submit a current Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE) declaration to replace the one previously acquired by the University.
The current declaration is valid for six months from the date of submission and supersedes the previous one.
Even when submitting a current ISEE, students must also request the ISEEU.
The current ISEE may be submitted for the calculation of the second installment of tuition fees.

Except in specific cases (see the second part of the Academic Regulations), university fees must be paid in five instalments:
- first instalment - deadline: 31 October 2026
- second instalment - deadline: 30 November 2026
- third instalment - deadline: 30 January 2027
- fourth instalment - deadline: 30 April 2027
- fifth instalment - deadline: 31 May 2027
Failure to meet these deadlines will result, for each instalment, in a late payment surcharge of:
- €30.00 if the payment is made within 30 days after the specified deadline
- €80.00 if the payment is made from the 31st day following the specified deadline
University tuition fees and contributions must be paid through PagoPA.
