For each undergraduate and master's degree program, the department council establishes, upon proposal of the Director, the relevant degree program council. Each council elects from among its members a President who serves for three years and may be re-elected consecutively only once.
In Quality Assurance management activities, the President is assisted by a QA management group, composed of at least two faculty members of the degree program, and, for certain activities, is supported by a student representative. The organization and responsibilities of Quality Assurance at the degree program level are described in the Quality Assurance Guidelines of the Quality Assurance Board.
