For each bachelor's and master's degree programme, the department council establishes a corresponding programme board upon the proposal of the Director. Each board elects a Chair from among its members, who serves a three-year term and may be re-elected once consecutively.
In managing Quality Assurance activities, the Chair is assisted by a Quality Assurance (QA) management group, consisting of at least two academic staff members from the degree programme. For certain activities, the group is also supported by student representatives. The organisation and responsibilities of QA at the programme level are detailed in the Quality Assurance Guidelines of the University Quality Assurance Board.
