The institutional visit to Mongolia by a University delegation led by the Rector, Prof. Valerio De Cesaris, is under way. The delegation includes: Prof. Giovanna Scocozza, Delegate for International Relations and Director of the University’s Certification Centre; Prof. Stefania Scaglione, Delegate for Teaching; Dr. Valentina Seri, Head of the International Relations Service; and Dr. Sonia Giugliarelli, Head of the Press Office. The mission, which will conclude on 8 September 2026, includes meetings at: the National University of Mongolia; the Mongolian University of Science and Technology; the recently inaugurated Italian School in Ulanbatoor; the Mongolia Italy Association, a University partner and key point of reference in Perugia for the organisation of events promoting Mongolian culture; and the Mongolia Italy Cultural Centre, which hosts a CELI certification centre.
During the mission, a Memorandum of Understanding is scheduled to be signed with the National University of Mongolia, and CELI certificates will be presented to the candidates from the 2025 and 2026 examination sessions at the Mongolia Italy Cultural Centre.
