The University for Foreigners of Perugia participated until 2021, together with many other Italian universities, in the Good Practice project (coordinated by the MIP-Politecnico di Milano), which aimed to analyze and compare, in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, the performance of the administrative services of the participating universities.
As part of the project, customer satisfaction surveys were carried out targeting students (first-year and later years), faculty members, and administrative staff, through the distribution of anonymous and optional questionnaires, containing questions where respondents were asked to indicate their level of agreement on a scale from 1 to 6.
In compliance with the obligations set out in Article 7, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 82/2005, the results of the aforementioned questionnaires from 2016 to 2018 are published on this page.
