The workshop is part of the MoEBIUS project, which aims to support the overall well-being of the academic community through psychological support services, cultural and artistic activities, and by promoting healthy eating and physical activity.

“Sleeping well to live better” is a workshop dedicated to promoting psychological well-being and healthy sleep among university students.
The course, structured into three theoretical and practical sessions, will explore how sleep works, sleep hygiene, sleep disorders, and the relationship between sleep, memory, and learning.
Through practical exercises, participants will try out useful tools such as relaxation techniques and strategies for managing evening worries.
An opportunity to gain greater awareness of your own habits and to improve the quality of your sleep and everyday life. Because good quality of life starts with a good night’s rest.
The aim of the workshop is to foster awareness of personal habits and to improve both sleep quality and daily well-being.
Organised by Dr Ludovica Annarumma, psychologist and researcher on the MoEBIUS project.
