Extraordinary sessions
Any extraordinary exams for degree courses that are no longer active can be viewed in the reserved area of Esse3WEB, as requested by the individual student.
"Extraordinary sessions" are all exams that fall outside and are in addition to the six (three for Laboratories) that a lecturer must schedule in a given academic year (see the University Academic Regulations).
Students who need to take an exam related to a course that is no longer offered (extraordinary) can request it from the lecturer whose classes or syllabus they followed, specifying which academic year it refers to (a detail that can be found in the electronic record book or by consulting their study plan in Esse3web). Students who need to take an exam for a course that is no longer active will take it with a lecturer of a related subject area (SSD).
The lecturer sets a date according to their availability and communicates it to the Teaching and Student Services Office of the Degree Courses, which then opens the relevant registration list in Esse3.
Extraordinary sessions must also be scheduled in the dedicated period.
