Methods and documentation

Students can renew their enrollment in bachelor's or master's degree courses online through Esse3WEB.

University fees are paid using PagoPA, in accordance with the procedures and deadlines specified in the second part of the Course Catalog.

Renewal of enrollment is completed only after payment has been made and regularity has been verified by the Registrar’s Office. Until that moment, students cannot perform any academic career actions (register for exam sessions, request certificates, change courses, transfers, reunifications, etc.), but they can regularize their administrative status relating to previous years and to payments due for the current academic year.

Non-EU foreign students, regardless of their place of residence, must send to the Degree Program Registrar’s Office a copy of their valid residence permit and, subsequently, a copy of the residence permit that is being renewed. In the absence of this document, enrollment is not completed and the student cannot undertake any action related to their university career.

The University assumes no responsibility for situations arising from the failure to submit or late submission of the required enrollment documentation, from delays in payment of the required fees, and, in the case of international students, from the late submission of a valid residence permit.
