Services and activities for UniStraPg students

Workshop "Culture: Connections in Motion"
A series of meetings designed for out-of-town students, new freshmen, and international students (but open to all students), aimed at getting to know the university, the city, Italian habits better, and at the same time, integrating into university life together.

Digital workshop: smart connections
All students can deepen their knowledge of the technological tools used at the University (such as LOL, ESSE3, Office 365...) through a series of dedicated meetings.
Moreover, the lessons will help students understand how to independently navigate student services, administrative offices, and various university initiatives.

Tutors/facilitators for linguistic and cultural mediation and inclusion
Students facing difficulties can receive prompt support from facilitators who, through a peer-to-peer support model, help create a safer environment, reduce feelings of isolation, and promote inclusion for everyone.
Tutors/facilitators promote overall well-being within the University and, to this end, also organize opportunities for meetings and information sessions to promote knowledge of university and city services.

Your wellness space
Students can participate for free in workshops that address important topics in student life, such as mindful technology use, physical health, and relationships with others.

The "Monia Andreani" student room
The room has been redesigned, in collaboration with the Student Representatives Council, to meet various needs related to studying, relaxation, and even prayer.
The renovation includes new furniture, computer equipment, and facilities for leisure and rest.

Anti-violence help desk
The help desk offers orientation, listening, and referral services for women victims of violence and for LGBTQIA+ people facing discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
The service is completely free and offers individual meetings in a protected space, managed by operators with expertise in gender-based violence and homo-lesbo-bi-transphobia; initial guidance and basic legal information; and direct connection with the local CAV and CAD service networks and local associations.
Dissemination activities for parents
To spread the culture of well-being and promote good practices in supporting students, as part of the MOEBIUS project, thematic meetings are organized in schools and community organizations.
The events, led by experts and in collaboration with partner schools, aim to raise awareness about psycho-physical well-being, exploring it from therapeutic, social, and pedagogical perspectives, and providing useful tools to address emerging distress situations.
