Pursuant to Law No. 190 of November 6, 2012, entitled "Provisions for the prevention and suppression of corruption and illegality in public administration", the University for Foreigners of Perugia has always prepared and published the Three-Year Corruption Prevention Plan (PTPCT). Since 2022, the contents of the PTPCT have been incorporated, pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 80 of June 28, 2021, into a specific subsection of the University’s Integrated Activity and Organization Plan (PIAO).
