Umbria Vai - Umbria Local Public Transport Pass (TPL)

The pass may be requested by students enrolled at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia who belong to the following categories:

• Bachelor's Degree Programmes
• Master's Degree Programmes
• Incoming Erasmus Programme participants
• International students attending Italian language and culture courses
• PhD programmes
• First and Second Level Master's Programmes
• Advanced Training Courses
• Teacher Training Course
• Single Courses

To obtain the pass, you must first request it via the Esse3WEB platform of the Università per Stranieri di Perugia and pay the fee of €70.00 using the Pago PA notice, either at the time of enrolment/registration or at a later date.

1. Access the Umbria Busitalia student/university subscription portal using your SALGO app credentials. If you do not have an account, please register.
2. Create your virtual card by uploading a passport photo, selecting the UNIPG AND UNIPG STRA profile (already paid via PagoPA), entering your tax code (this is required only once to verify payment of the €70.00), and providing the mobile number of the device on which you use the SALGO app.
3. Select the TPL UMBRIA-UNIPG pass subscription, indicating the mobile number of the device on which you wish to display the pass (please note that only one phone number can be associated with one device), and complete the process to receive the pass at no additional cost.
4. Afterwards, open the SALGO app and log in with your credentials. Your personal pass will be available in the “My Tickets” section of the app.
