Criteria defined in performance measurement and evaluation systems for the allocation of supplementary pay

The evaluation of individual performance (organizational performance and performance of organizational behaviors) leads to the allocation of supplementary compensation. The amount of funds and the methods of distribution are specified in the Supplementary Negotiation for Technical Administrative Staff (PTA) and Linguistic Expert Collaborators (CEL). In the Performance Measurement and Evaluation System for the evaluation reference year, there is a reference to the aforementioned Negotiation.

In particular:

  • in the SMVP for the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, see chapter 4.1, point 5 “Use of reward systems according to merit enhancement criteria”;
  • in the SMVP for the years 2020 and 2021, see the rewards section contained in the table on the timetable for the performance cycle found in chapter 1 “The Performance Cycle and the Performance Measurement and Evaluation System”.
