The Disciplinary Board is responsible for the investigative phase in disciplinary proceedings, initiated by the Rector, against professors and researchers of the University. The composition of the Disciplinary Board, according to the principle of peer judgment, varies depending on whether the disciplinary procedure concerns full professors, associate professors, or researchers.
The Disciplinary Board was reconstituted by rectoral decree no. 126 of April 2, 2026, and is composed as follows:
FOR PROCEEDINGS CONCERNING FULL PROFESSORS:
- Emore Paoli
- Cristina Limatola
- Sara Tommasi
FOR PROCEEDINGS CONCERNING ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS:
- Maria Barela
- Claudia Tubertini
- Rosella Tinaburri (role of substitute professor)
FOR PROCEEDINGS CONCERNING RESEARCHERS:
- Maurizio Pattoia
- Nicola Antonio Michele Vizioli.
Pursuant to Law no. 240 of December 30, 2010, participation in the Disciplinary Board does not give rise to the payment of fees, emoluments, allowances, or reimbursements.
An additional internal member, acting as a substitute for the group of full professors on the board, will be appointed by election.
