In this section - as provided by art. 29, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 - the Plan of indicators and expected budget results is published. As set forth by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 18 September 2012, specific measures will be issued by the Department of Public Administration, in agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, which will provide detailed technical instructions and templates to be used for drawing up the plan of indicators and expected results and for their monitoring.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 49/2012 "Regulation for the planning, monitoring and evaluation of budget and recruitment policies of universities," in order to ensure the sustainability and balance of the economic, financial, and asset management of universities, annual budget indicators of personnel expenses, indebtedness, and economic sustainability are monitored. The results are analyzed in the forecast and final budgets published by the University in the specific section of Transparent Administration and on the portal managed by the MUR BilanciAtenei.
