Italian-Hungarian bilingual programs and Italian as a foreign language in Hungarian public education: development and innovation of teaching materials

Il progetto mira a migliorare l'insegnamento dell'italiano nell'istruzione pubblica ungherese, con particolare attenzione ai programmi bilingue italo-ungheresi. L'obiettivo principale è aiutare i docenti delle istituzioni bilingui italo-ungheresi a sviluppare materiali didattici nelle discipline insegnate in italiano, in diversi formati (libri di testo, glossari, materiali digitali). Il coinvolgimento di un partner italiano consentirà l'utilizzo di soluzioni professionali all'avanguardia.
Purpose:
The project provides an opportunity to launch a major networking initiative and the collection of best practices in the teaching of Italian in public education, as well as the use of Italian sector-specific languages in bilingual programmes. Additionally, the resources, teaching materials, and methodological tools produced during the project will offer opportunities for future innovation and will significantly contribute to the development of teachers' professional skills.
Attività / Fasi del progetto:
The project focuses on the design of special teaching materials that can be used specifically in Italian-Hungarian bilingual education. Current surveys show that teachers working in Italian-Hungarian bilingual programmes do not have up-to-date teaching materials for teaching disciplinary subjects in Italian.
