The rooms are closed during the Christmas period.
Library users can take advantage of two reading rooms: one at Palazzo Gallenga and one at the Valitutti building.
The following can access the reading rooms: students, teaching staff, researchers, technical-administrative staff of the University for Foreigners of Perugia and the University of Perugia, as well as anyone carrying out teaching or research activities at the University, subject to authorization from the head of the library.
To enter, you must show either the enrollment booklet from one of the two universities or an identity document.

Equipped with 15 workstations, with power outlets for working with your own personal computer, it is reserved for individual study and for consulting all the library's bibliographic and serial resources, kept in the storage rooms; here it is also possible to access the online catalogue and directly consult handbooks, textbooks, and periodicals displayed on the shelves.

Equipped with 28 seats and power outlets for working with your personal computer, it is reserved for individual study.
All users are required to leave the rooms 10 minutes before the scheduled time in order to allow for closing operations.
