Well-being is in the little things

Students can take part free of charge in workshops dealing with various topics relevant to student life, such as responsible use of technology, physical health, and relationships with others.

The meetings are led by Dr. Chiara Petrocchi, psychologist and psychotherapist of the Moebius project (PROBEN).

The workshops are part of the MoEBIUS project, which aims to support the physical and mental well-being of the academic community through psychological support activities, cultural and artistic initiatives, and by promoting healthy eating and sport.

Guidelines for Recognizing Risk and Emergency Behaviors in the Academic Community

Have you ever found yourself:

  • noticing signs of discomfort or distress among students or colleagues?
  • facing self-harming behavior or sudden crises?
  • wondering how to intervene safely and responsibly?

Or noticing warning signs such as:

  • emotional stress: anxiety, anger, crying, social withdrawal
  • self-harming behavior or crisis signals
  • situations that could compromise physical and mental integrity

This meeting will equip you with tools and guidelines to recognize and appropriately handle risk situations in the university community.
