This form is used to collect information regarding the needs of students with disabilities and with specific learning disorders (SLD) who wish to enroll (or are already enrolled) in the degree courses at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
The available services are provided only upon submission of the certification to the Student Administration Office. The certification, as required by Law 170/2010, must be issued by the local health authority (ASL) or by private organizations accredited and authorized by the relevant Region.
The information collected will be used exclusively in accordance with the specific University Regulations, whose purpose is to ensure student welfare and the right to university education.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Italian privacy legislation.
