The AI-powered MOOC for Italian language students will support a high level of participant commitment and a higher level of motivation and engagement, limiting dropouts. Dissemination to a worldwide audience and maximizing their potential impact across diverse educational settings are the ultimate expected outcomes.
The training package for teachers will cover the introduction of AI for language teaching and its integration in motivating teaching practices and assessment. A repository of AI-based Italian teaching sources and practices as well as a database of OER products will be created. The creation of an MOOC for Italian second-language learners enhanced by AI capabilities and immersive technologies proposes a personalized approach that will enhance learning outcomes.
