
Intensive course within the Jean Monnet Module GlobEU
The course is aimed at all students enrolled in bachelor's and master's degree courses offered at the Department of International Humanities and Social Sciences (SUSI).
Students who attend at least 75% of the course and pass the final test will be awarded 6 credits.

Registration is mandatory via the appropriate online form.
Learning Objectives
The course familiarises students with the EU as a key actor in international relations, focusing on the evolution and institutional structure of the Union; EU competence to act globally and enter international agreements; EU approach to fundamental rights; EU economic relations; common foreign and security policy and defence policy.
Teaching Methods
On-campus students will benefit from lectures involving analysis of relevant cases and interactive debate. Teaching materials will be made available to off-campus students, who will also benefit from targeted teaching aiming to elucidate topical subjects.
Assessment
Assessment aims to evaluate familiarity with key concepts and will take place viva voce at the end of the course.

Gli studenti che frequenteranno almeno il 75% del corso e supereranno la prova finale potranno conseguire 6 CFU.
Il corso si rivolge a tutti gli studenti iscritti ai corsi di laurea e laurea magistrale afferenti al Dipartimento di Scienze umane e sociali
internazionali (SUSI).
L'iscrizione è obbligatoria e si effettua esclusivamente tramite l'apposito modulo online.
