The University for Foreigners of Perugia organizes a live webinar together with the Italian Department of Hanoi University on April 21, 2021 at 9:00-10:00 (Italian time) 14:00-15:00 (Vietnamese time) titled "Building a bridge - Conversation on intercultural communication between Italy and Vietnam" and takes part also to the webinar 'Teaching and learning Italian in the post-Covid era: job-hunting, tourism, and cultural promotion' scheduled for April 23 at 2.00-3.00 pm (Italian time) - 7.00-8.00 pm (Vietnamese time).
Both events are organized in partnership with Hanoi University.

"Building a bridge"
Conversation on intercultural communication between Italy and Vietnam

The webinar is organized by the University for Foreigners of Perugia and the Department of Italian Studies of the University of Hanoi in partnerhip with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM), the Italy-Vietnam Scientific-Cultural Center and the Honorary Consulate of Vietnam in Turin and the Vietnam - Italy Association.
The webinar will offer ideas and recommendations on how to facilitate the interaction between the two cultures within companies, combining the approaches of international marketing and intercultural communication, both interpreted from the Italian and Vietnamese point of view. Experts from the academic and entrepreneurial sectors will share their experiences in order to stress the importance of an adequate training indicating how to avoid and/or overcome any intercultural conflicts that could impede the development of a constructive dialogue between the representatives of the Italian and Vietnamese entrepreneurial world.
